AI Implementation.

run your business from a text message. we wire ai into your calendar, email, and software so you can hand off a task in one sentence, from anywhere.

most business software is good at storing things and bad at doing things. this service wires ai into the tools you already use (calendar, email, files, your industry software) so it can act on them. sometimes that means full automation. just as often it means remote control: you send one sentence from your phone, and the task gets done wherever it lives.

it's not theory. wil runs about 95% of his own admin this way, through an assistant he built called clyde that takes orders from slack messages. every slack screenshot on this site is that assistant doing a real task in a real business. this service builds you the same thing, wired into your operation.

In practice

you've had this week before

three estimates, one evening

You were on the tools all day, and the quotes still have to get written tonight. Describe each job out loud and get a line-item draft that already knows your rates, something to correct instead of something to build. It works like a fast intern: it does the typing, you check the math.

no display, just lights

You're on a rooftop with a unit that predates your apprentice, and the programming steps live in a 300-page manual back at the shop. Photograph the nameplate and ask. The procedure comes back pulled from the actual manual, loaded in ahead of time so it can't make things up.

the phone buzzing on the roof

Both hands are full, the call rings out, and callers who hit voicemail don't call back, they call the next guy. An AI line picks up after a few rings, takes the job details, and books the standard appointments. You climb down to a schedule, not a list of missed calls.

the one-star review at midnight

It's unfair, you're still mad, and everything you type makes it worse. Write the angry draft anyway, then have the assistant strip out the heat and keep the facts until it's something you can post. The reply that used to take twenty fuming minutes takes one.

the 6am crew text

Twenty minutes in the truck every morning, thumb-typing routes and instructions, then half of it again in Spanish. Paste the day's job list and get clear directions for each crew, in both languages, before the engine warms up.

the supplier invoice creep

Prices moved again, and recosting every dish by hand is the job that always slips. Photograph the new invoice and an assistant that already knows your recipes recalculates plate cost and tells you which menu prices no longer hold. The math stays current without a spreadsheet night.
